Educational plan
The programme is based on six core courses and a dissertation.
Common track (1 year): Data Analysis and Statistics, Comparative and European Labour Law, Advanced Labour Economics, Economic and Social Regulation of Labour, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior (HRMER Curriculum) or Comparative Political Economy (CSPER Curriculum)
Students can choose among two curricula:
- Human Resources Management & Employment Relations
- Comparative Social Policy & Employment Relations
Students are required to choose one optional course among all courses offered at the University of Milan
The programme is part of the Network in Labour Studies , which allows students form 12 first-class European Universities to complete the European Master in Labour Studies (EMLS-MEST). Further info about International Network.
